Lead Wall

Our lead wall is 9.5 meters high, but in the steepest section the actual length of climbs are up to 14 meters. Holding up to 70 routes on 13 individual lines, the grade of climbing varies from French 4 to French 8a+ and are reset on a regular basis.

The wall is built out of wood, it's most striking feature, an extreme steep section designed to mimic the overhanging walls of Ansteys Cove. Either side of this, mild over hanging walls through to slab climbing. Routes are also set along arêtes and grooves, making the climbing here diverse and interesting.

Whether you have just started lead climbing or are looking to push your grade and train hard, the barn aspire to accommodate all.
